A new browser window will open. Allow time for the video stream to load. You can maximize the video screen by clicking the maximaze icon in the bottom right corner of the streaming video.

Tips:
If the stream doesn't start playing automatically after 30 - 45 seconds, look for a play button in the middle of the video or at the bottom and click it.
If the video is buffering a lot, check your internet usage. If on Wifi, you won't have as good of a connection as an Ethernet connection, so you may have to turn off other Wifi devices hitting your internet.
If no sound, it may be muted. Click the video as it is playing and make sure it is not muted.
The video stream will only be available during the above times, if you experience ongoing issues, send a detailed message to the email in the "Contact Us" webpage. We cannot though, do anything about slow internet speeds.
